These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jugnuu website at jugnuu.in (the “Site”) and the waitlist we offer through it. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Jugnuu

Jugnuu (“Jugnuu”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a pre-launch product. The Site currently exists to share what we are building and to let interested people join a waitlist to be notified when we open. The full Jugnuu product and service are not yet available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Site and join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist means you give us your email address so we can contact you about Jugnuu’s launch and early access.
• You agree to provide an accurate email address that belongs to you, and to receive email communications from us as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access to Jugnuu, a place in any queue, any particular timeline, or any specific feature. We may change how the waitlist works, or how and when we grant access, at our discretion.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing founder@jugnuu.in.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information;
• use the Site or waitlist for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems; or
• copy, scrape, or misuse any content or branding on the Site.

5. Intellectual property

The Jugnuu name, logo, wordmark, and all text, design, and other content on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (for example, for hosting our waitlist and serving fonts) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. A work in progress

Jugnuu is being built right now, so the Site and the waitlist will keep evolving as we learn and improve. We’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly, though some parts may change or be updated from time to time as the product grows. Thank you for being here in these early days.

8. Our responsibility to you

We genuinely care about getting this right. At this early stage the Site and the waitlist are offered free of charge, and, to the extent the law allows, we can’t take responsibility for indirect or unexpected losses that may arise from using them. Nothing here affects any rights you have under law that cannot be limited or excluded.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your email address.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
